About Us – Arden Project is a community development social enterprise which provides English Language Learning and life-skills programmes to those from low and middle-income backgrounds. Arden Project has run a pilot project for 4.5 years at Pisangan, Ciputat. Our programmes are for all levels- SD, SMP, SMA/SMK, Adults.
Job Opportunity – We are looking for a passionate and dynamic part-time English teacher who also wants to create change and impact the community.
Job Description –
1. Teach students from SD – SMA Level in English writing, speaking, listening and reading.
2. All educational materials are provided, however teacher is required to prepare additional materials sometimes.
3. Perform administrative tasks related to the language center.
3. Communicate with students’ parents when needed.
4. Training will be provided.
5. Can start immediately
Job Requirements –
1. Excellent English
2. Passionate about teaching
3. Happy and willing to learn on the job
4. Job is open to those who have finished or are currently still pursuing your studies.
5. Confident in classroom management.
6. Some teaching experience
7. Ability to ride a motorbike is an advantage but not required. Can travel to Pondok Cabe, Ciputat Timor.
8. To perform work in accordance with the school rules (come to work on time, dress properly, keep professional image)
9. To be responsible for basic administrative work such as preparing report books, class register and attendance records.
