Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic English teacher to provide high-quality instruction to students ranging from Junior High School (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) methodologies and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Residing in Depok, west java.
Experienced in teaching, particularly in English language courses.
Easy-going, confident, and able to adapt to various classroom situation
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
Able to teach materials creatively with an engaging and effective approach.
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Utilize various teaching resources and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster a positive, respectful learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English to students of varying ages and skill levels (SD-SMA preferred).
• Having motorcycle
• Demonstrable understanding and application of EFL methodologies (e.g., communicative approach, task-based learning, etc.).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching (e.g., interactive whiteboards, online learning platforms).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
