Bimbel Tutor International Curriculum (Math, Science, English) - Full Time
Job Description
- Teach Mathematics, Science, English, and/or other needed subjects based on international school curricula and students' academic levels.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, exercises, and learning assessments.
- Assist students with homework, school assignments, and examination preparation.
- Explain academic concepts in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Adapt teaching methods to students' individual learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide regular learning feedback.
- Maintain an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment.
- Follow the learning centre's teaching standards, schedules, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mathematics, Science, English, Education, or a related field.
- Strong academic knowledge of Mathematics, Science, and/or English.
- Familiarity with international school curricula, such as Cambridge or IB, is an advantage.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
- Patient, responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
- Enjoy working with children and teenagers.
- Able to adapt teaching methods to different student abilities and learning styles.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work full time Monday - Saturday at KOI Mandarin Education (PIK, Kamal)
