Fluent in grammar, vocabullary, and pronunciation
Have relevant certification (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS/TEFL/TESOL)
Able to use active english (Speak and Written)
Pedagogical Competency :
Can explain material clearly and simply. Using a variety methods (role play, games, discuss, etc)
Able to adapt teaching methods to the age an level student
Encourage student to actively speak English
Qualifications:
Proven experience teaching kindergarten/PG to SHS
Prepare lesson plans & materials before teaching
Open to evaluation and feedback
Able to write,read, and speak English
