SIT Fathona, a community of schools established under the auspices of Yayasan Pendidikan Frania, began with the founding of TK Frania in Kota Palembang in 2003. Today, SIT Fathona comprises eleven branches of schools, dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Our commitment to quality education and holistic development has led us to expand our teaching staff to ensure we maintain the highest standards of instruction and care. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Guru Bahasa Inggris to join our team, offering an opportunity and the continuous improvement of our educational programs.

As a Guru Bahasa Inggris at SIT Fathona, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Your role will involve creating adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of each individual learner. You will also be expected to participate in school activities and collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Our ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong passion for teaching English, contributing to the success of our studentsathona.

To possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a minimum of one to three years of experience in teaching English. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with students and colleagues. A genuine interest in children's education and a commitment to excellence in teaching are highly valued.
