English Teacher (Full-Time)
Location:
Graha Raya, South Tangerang
Job Description:
1. Deliver engaging offline English lessons to children aged 2–15 years old
2. Develop structured lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students’ needs
3. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents
4. Maintain accurate student records and classroom documentation
5. Collaborate with the sales team to support student acquisition, including conducting trial classes and placement tests
6. Work closely with the marketing team on promotional activities and off-site events
7.Participate in photoshoots and video shoots for marketing and social media content
8. Contribute to the development and improvement of academic programs and curriculum
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
2. Proven experience teaching young learners
3. Minimum English proficiency of C1 level (CEFR)
4. Strong communication skills, with a proactive and flexible attitude
5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized
6. Teaching certification or license is an advantage
7. Passion for teaching children and teenagers
