English Teacher (Elementary School) – Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated English Teacher to join our elementary school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and enjoyable English learning experiences that help students develop basic communication skills, confidence, and interest in the English language from an early age.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons for elementary school students
* Teach basic English skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
* Create interactive and student-centered learning activities
* Encourage students to actively participate in classroom discussions and activities
* Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
* Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
* Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support academic programs
* Integrate creative teaching methods, games, songs, and educational media into lessons
* Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in English Education, English Literature, Education, or related field
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Passion for teaching and working with children
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Creative, patient, responsible, and collaborative
* Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
