Guest Service Officer (GSO) โ Job Description
* Handle guestsโ shoes and locker arrangements professionally and efficiently.
* Distribute promotional flyers and provide basic information to guests regarding ongoing events or promotions.
* Manage Lost & Found items, including recording, storing, and returning belongings based on company procedures.
* Assist in checking and verifying guest payments to ensure transaction accuracy.
* Prepare and handle SSM (Shishi Money), a voucher/deposit replacement system used as proof of payment and redeemable for purchases inside the venue.
* Perform sales closing procedures for FDC and VIP transactions accurately at the end of operations.
* Maintain and monitor T-shirt inventory, including stock checking and reporting.
* Operate basic computer systems for daily administrative and operational tasks.
* Ensure excellent guest service standards and maintain smooth operational flow during working hours.
