Deskripsi pekerjaan Guest Service Center (Hotel Telephone Operator) Veranda Hotels & Residences

Responsibles:

  • Handle incoming, outgoing calls and directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments
  • Log and Performs all wake-up call services
  • Assists in reporting or service complaints and problems
  • Take action when an emergency call is required
  • Provides accurate information about hotel services to guests (Quick, Well Organized, & Polite)

Qualifications

  • At least Diploma degree
  • Has related experience in hotel industry
  • Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
  • Polite and courteous while answering the phone
