Responsibles:
- Handle incoming, outgoing calls and directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments
- Log and Performs all wake-up call services
- Assists in reporting or service complaints and problems
- Take action when an emergency call is required
- Provides accurate information about hotel services to guests (Quick, Well Organized, & Polite)
Qualifications
- At least Diploma degree
- Has related experience in hotel industry
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
- Polite and courteous while answering the phone
