As the demand for high-quality hospitality continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about the property and local attractions. They will also handle hotel reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for this position. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and committed to delivering outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or customer service environment. Proficiency in customer service, teamwork, and English language is required, along with strong communication and public speaking abilities. Experience in hotel reservations and reception is a plus.
