Anhera Suite Ubud is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our pre-opening Front Office team.
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to join immediately and excited to be part of a growing boutique hospitality project in Ubud.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
* Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest service.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
* Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest correspondence.
* Maintain accurate Front Office records and documentation.
* Ensure consistent service quality in daily operations.

Requirements
* Minimum D1–S1 in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years experience as Guest Service Agent (GSA) in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
* Pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred.
* Good command of English (spoken & written).
* Strong communication and guest service skills.
* Well-groomed, professional, and hospitality-oriented attitude.
* Able to work under pressure and in a team.
* Familiar with PMS systems (Opera, VHP, or similar) is an advantage.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Female candidates are preferred.
* Immediate join is highly preferred.
