Qualifications:
- Hospitality background or good knowledge of hospitality operations
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed
- Able to handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Organized and responsible
- Experience in villa/hotel operations is preferred
