As a Public Relations Specialist and Guest Relations Officer at Y SPORT BAR, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining a positive image of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Additionally, you will engage in proactive communication with guests, ensuring their stay aligns with their expectations and exceeds their desires. Your ability to present information clearly and effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with both current and potential guests.

We are looking for individuals who possess a unique blend of skills and experiences to join our team. If you are a female candidate with an education level equivalent to SMA/SMK, we encourage you to apply. We value your experience within the range of 1 to 3 years, particularly if you have worked in roles that required you to provide public services, manage client relations, and excel in presentation skills.
