Key Responsibilities
* Welcome hotel guests and patrons with impeccable etiquette and warmth
* Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow in a discreet luxury environment
* Present the speakeasy concept and its cultural heritage with confidence and clarity
* Coordinate with service and security teams to ensure seamless operations
* Uphold five-star service standards at all times
Requirements
* Female, elegant, well-groomed, and professional
* Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or five-star hotel environment
* Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
* Calm, confident, and composed under pressure
