We are looking for a responsive, communicative, responsible, and sales-oriented person to join our team and handle direct booking inquiries and guest communication online.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Offer and recommend suitable villas to guests.
- Manage the booking process from initial inquiry to confirmation.
- Assist with payment coordination.
- Communicate with guests professionally and politely.
- Follow up with potential guests and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Provide fast responses.
- Use AI tools to support daily communication and work.
✅ Qualifications
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Responsive, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to handle multiple guest inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiar with WhatsApp and online systems.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, sales, or guest relations is preferred.
💰 Salary & Working Hours
- Trial period: 1 month, salary of IDR 3,000,000/month.
- From the second month: IDR 6,000,000/month, if performance is good.
- Working hours: 09:00 AM–06:00 PM.
- Working days: 6 days per week.
- Work arrangement: Online / Remote.
