Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a personalized check-in/check-out experience
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIPs
- Assist in creating a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay
Qualifications:
- Female, age 20 – 30 years preferred
- Minimum education: High School / Vocational / Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Customer-oriented with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in boutique hotels, luxury hotels, or hospitality is an advantage
