Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in, courtesy visits, and check-out.
- Welcome guests and assist with the check-in process.
- Explain villa facilities, services, and house rules.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with Operations and Housekeeping to ensure villa readiness.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Follow up with guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
Requirements:
- Background or experience in hospitality.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good manners and a friendly attitude.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a personal vehicle.
