Guest Relations Officer

In this role as a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through impeccable customer service. Your primary duties will include:

- Welcoming guests with a warm and inviting smile, providing them with a seamless entry into our venue.- Assisting guests with any inquiries or issues they may encounter during their stay, offering prompt and effective solutions.

- Managing relationships with our valued guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.- Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of service quality.

- Maintaining a clean and organized environment, contributing to the overall positive experience of our guests.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Candidates must be female and possess a senior/vocational high school education level. A minimum of one to three years of experience in a similar role is preferred. You should have a natural ability to handle customer interactions with grace and professionalism, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, customer relationship management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
