Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during the check-in and check-out process
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues
- Maintain good communication with guests throughout their stay
- Ensure guest feedback and complaints are properly followed up and reported to management
- Help maintain service standards and deliver a positive guest experience
- Build strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Communications, or related fields
- Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Front Office staff, or in hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Able to speak English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to work shifts
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team
- Highly responsive, adaptable, and willing to work flexibly across multiple villa locations based on operational needs
