Requirements:
- Female candidate with relevant experience as Public Relations in F&B/hospitality or Guest Relations Officer (GRO).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests and partners.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
