About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to be the face of our restaurant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making guests feel welcomed and valued.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests — setting the tone for their entire dining experience from arrival to departure.

  • Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet guests warmly and manage reservations, waitlists, and seating smoothly.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest flow and timing.
  • Rapport & Special Events: Conduct table visits to check satisfaction and assist in organizing special occasions.
  • Inquiry & Complaint Handling: Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Reception & Records: Maintain a presentable entrance area and keep accurate guest profiles and loyalty records.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Minimum High School/Diploma (Hospitality preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in guest relations, reception, or customer service.
  • Skills & Languages: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, and proficient in English.
  • Personality & Appearance: Friendly, confident, well-groomed, and naturally customer-oriented.
  • Flexibility & Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm and multi-task during peak hours, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
