Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • English is a must (written & spoken)
  • Friendly, confident, and well-presented
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Familiar with Canva & Meta (Instagram / Facebook tools)
  • Basic knowledge of social media & content creation
  • Photoshop skills are a plus
  • Based in Lembongan or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations
  • Communicate with guests before and during their stay
  • Assist with social media content and promotions
  • Coordinate guest experiences and island activities
