As we continue to grow and enhance our guest experience, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative and Guest Relations Officer (GRO) who can contribute to our team's success. This role is essential in maintaining the positive image of our establishment and ensuring every guest feels valued and well-cared for. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This includes managing customer inquiries, handling feedback, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The GRO will also support administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, the role involves engaging with guests through social media platforms and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.

We are seeking candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong skills in customer relations, teamwork, and communication are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English.
