Deskripsi pekerjaan GUEST RELATION OFFICER Damai Indah Golf
Responsible for welcoming and assisting golfers and members, providing information about golf facilities and services, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout their visit to the golf course.
This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf - PIK Course (Jakarta Utara )
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, or Golf Club is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin is required.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Able to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Available to work on weekends or national holidays
