Deskripsi pekerjaan Guest Relation Officer Smoking Barrels

Qualification:

  • Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1) in communications or public relations.
  • Having Min. 1-2 Years of experience
  • Ability to manage store display and inventory
  • Strong communication and good attitude
  • People oriented and passionate to creating amazing experiences
  • Coffee and tea knowledge and brewing skills is a plus
  • Full-time. Placement: Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management
  • Selling our coffee and tea products
  • Handling customer to their needs, complain and questions
  • Serving customer in a friendly and polite manner
  • Brew samples of coffee and tea for customer
  • Continuously educate people to specialty coffee and tea knowledge
  • Daily sales report
  • Ensuring store areas, and product display are kept clean
