Job description
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to create strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrates great attitude and high integrity.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team and has strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an elegant and memorable first impression.
- Ensure the best guest experience by closely coordinating with servers and the entire service team.
- Handle guest complaints calmly, quickly, and effectively to restore guest satisfaction.
- Provide upselling training to staff so the team can naturally and effectively offer menu items or products.
- Conduct second-visit table checks together with the Manager to ensure guests feel personally attended to and receive the highest service quality.
- Deliver warm and memorable farewell greetings to guests, leaving them with a positive lasting impression.
