1. Minimum Diploma (D1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Guest Relations, Host/Hostess, Front Office, or Customer Service role within the hospitality industry.
3. Familiar with SevenRooms System or other reservation management systems.
4. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
5. Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
6. Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
10. Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
11. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
