Guest Relation / Host Restaurant

PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced Host / Guest Relation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining a warm and professional restaurant atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently
• Guide guests to their tables and provide menus
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their visit
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with servers and restaurant staff to optimize table arrangements and guest flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
• Provide accurate information regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies
• Assist in creating a positive dining experience for all guests

Qualifications:

• High school, diploma or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience working as a Host, Guest Relation, Receptionist, Greeter, Restaurant Staff, Front Office Staff, or similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Will be placed according to domicile.
