Guest Experience Manager - Labuan Bajo

LifeCall Careers is currently partnering with IKAMEA, an intimate luxury Phinisi sailing through the islands of Komodo National Park, to find a Guest Experience Manager based in Labuan Bajo, Flores.

With only 3 en-suite cabins, a maximum of 6 guests, and a small crew, every detail matters.

As Guest Experience Manager, you will:

— Own the guest journey from welcome to farewell

— Set the onboard ambience and atmosphere

— Oversee the presentation of the cabins and guest areas

— Turn sunsets, dinners, and celebrations into memorable moments

— Keep the voyage running smoothly through clear systems and attention to detail

We’re looking for someone with experience in luxury hospitality — boutique hotels, lodges, resorts, yachts, or similar environments.
