Position: Guest Service Officer (GSO) – Mandarin Speaker
Location: Kuta, Bali
Employment: Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum education SMA/SMK
• Minimum 1 year experience in Hotel, Guest Service, Front Office, or Customer Service.
• Fluent in Mandarin – speaking and listening are mandatory - Basic–Intermediate.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Friendly, professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to handle Mandarin-speaking guests professionally.
• Able to handle guest requests and basic complaints.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to explain hotel facilities and services in Mandarin.
• Computer literate; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to join immediately is preferred
