OVERZ is a conceptual men’s designer clothing brand based in Bali.
Our stores include the flagship store in Ubud and a new store in Canggu.
The brand is built around architectural cuts, dark aesthetics, oversized silhouettes, kimono-style garments, natural fabrics, and custom menswear.
OVERZ is developing retail stores, online sales, and its own internal operating system.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strong Growth / Operations Lead — a person who can connect sales, operations, and structure.
We are not looking for a theorist or just a manager.
We need someone who can work hands-on, does not wait for a team to solve problems, builds systems, and understands sales — not only “marketing”.
This role is the central link between the founder, director, stores, accounting, contractors, and customer base.
Main Goal of the Role
To increase sales while building a clear system where stores, team, customers, reporting, and partnerships work transparently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Monitor sales and key store performance indicators
- Manage social media and influencer marketing
- Work with the customer database
- Bring customers back and increase repeat sales
- Find and develop partnerships
- Turn working processes into clear systems
Stores & Retail
- Daily control of OVERZ store operations
- Control sales staff, discipline, schedules, and service quality
- Monitor cash flow, sales, stock, and operational processes
- Check that internal rules and standards are followed
- Control customer experience and service level
Operations Management
- Organize the daily work of the company
- Control task execution and deadlines
- Coordinate between the director, employees, and contractors
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems
- Prepare instructions, standards, and working processes
- Solve daily operational business tasks
Administration & Accounting
- Communicate with the company accountant
- Prepare and control documents
- Understand basic accounting logic
- Understand BPJS, payroll, invoices, tax reporting, and company documentation
- Control administrative company processes
Requirements
- Experience in operations / retail / growth / management / hospitality
- Understanding of sales and the customer journey
- Ability to work hands-on, not only delegate tasks
- Experience managing people and processes
- Strong organization and system-building skills
- Confident Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Good English
- Understanding of the local Bali business environment
- Ability to make decisions independently and bring tasks to completion
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in fashion retail
- Experience working with CRM / customer database
- Experience developing Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Instagram as sales channels
- Experience working with foreign owners / PMA companies
- Experience opening new stores
- Understanding of premium customer service

We are not looking for someone who only talks about strategy but does not execute.
We do not need a passive administrator.
We need a commercial operator who sees problems, takes responsibility, and brings tasks to results.
