Job Description
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage events, gatherings, and meetups that align with our growth objectives. Ensure each event is meticulously planned and executed to maximize engagement and impact.'
- Network Utilization: Leverage an extensive personal and professional network within the millennial community/ target audience to promote our brand and initiatives (e.g. Sirka Referral Program). Utilize connections to identify potential opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Community Building: Actively engage with the community to foster relationships and build a loyal and active user base. Develop strategies to continuously expand and nurture the community.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that aligns with the initiatives. Provide insights and feedback to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the growth team to identify and implement innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from events and community interactions to inform future initiatives. Propose improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
- (additional) Content Creation: Generate content that resonates with the target audience through social medias. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and principles to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
