Job Summary
As a Growth Specialist, you’ll be involved across the full growth lifecycle from acquiring new users to keeping them engaged well beyond sign-up. You will own and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, design activation programs that effectively move users through the funnel, and collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure every campaign delivers impact. You’ll be expected to adopt an experimental mindset, continuously testing, analyzing performance, and iterating quickly to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Design and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end from brief and execution through to evaluation
- Design and execute user activation initiatives, including onboarding campaigns, engagement programs, promotions, referrals and more
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product) to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed seamlessly
- Run regular experiments (e.g., A/B testing), document results, and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Track and analyze campaign and activation performance, providing clear reports and recommendations for optimization
Qualification
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
- Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, with understanding of campaign flow (planning, execution to optimization)
- Understand key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, retention) and able to use data to improve campaign performance
- Familiar with user activation concepts (onboarding, engagement, retention)
- Basic copywriting skills for ad messaging
- Exposure to campaign experimentation such as A/B testing or activation programs/events (nice to have)
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or GTM (nice to have)
- A portfolio of campaigns (academic, freelance, or organizational projects) is a plus
- Interest in product-led growth or lifecycle marketing is a plus
