Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies that increase customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and average order value
- Create structured customer journeys with tailored communications to improve frequency of purchases across product categories, especially beauty and mom and baby
- Design data-driven activation programs to re-engage inactive customers and reduce customer churn
- Analyze purchase behavior and cohort trends to identify growth opportunities and campaign optimizations
- Monitor revenue performance across customer segments and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
- Collaborate closely with content, commercial, and customer experience teams to align messaging and promotions with retention goals
- Manage and optimize communication channels such as email, text messaging, WhatsApp, and loyalty tools with a focus on measurable sales impact
- Contribute ideas to loyalty and referral programs that encourage repeat buying
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, growth, or customer engagement role focused on sales impact
- Strong interest in understanding customer behavior and improving the buying journey
- Comfortable working with data to track campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Proven ability to use customer data to drive measurable increases in sales and repeat purchases
- Strong analytical skills with experience in optimize customer journeys, segmentation, performance tracking, and A/B testing
- Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives focused on driving growth
- Strong communication and planning skills; able to align data insights with customer needs and sales goals
- Familiarity with the behavior and purchase cycles of beauty consumers and young mothers is a plus
Bonus Points:
- Experience building or managing a loyalty or reward program
- Knowledge of Indonesia’s e-commerce platforms and how to drive growth in local marketplaces
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with evolving priorities
- Previous experience with e-commerce, especially in beauty or mom & baby categories, is an advantage
