- Grow our platform user base (job seekers)
- Maintain and improve our cost-efficiency overtime
- Build and shape internal acquisition process
- Drive activation/retention initiative for Job Seekers
- Strategic and Key contributor: You will drive user acquisition growth that will lead to improve our marketplace traction.
- Collaboration: You’ll be working with the marketing functional team (brand, content, performance marketing, SEO) to achieve our mission to become #1 Job Marketplace in Indonesia.
- Autonomy: You’ll have the freedom to establish an acquisition method and play around with channels to ensure user growth.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience handling user growth
- Experienced handling 1-2 acquisition channel
- Proficiency in Web Analytics
- Proficiency in Data Analysis (Spreadsheets, SQL) or have the commitment to learn SQL later
- (Bonus) Experienced in Marketplace Model
