We're looking for a marketer who understands how content, SEO, and digital visibility work together to generate meaningful business results.
About The Role
This role combines content strategy, SEO, digital marketing. You owns visibility, content, SEO, and website performance.
You will be responsible for growing iMiTYWORKS digital presence while also supporting client projects related to content marketing, SEO, and social media.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just publish content. A person who understand how to build authority, rank for strategic keywords, and turn visibility into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Marketing
• Develop and manage the studio's content calendar
• Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and website
• Write SEO-friendly articles, case studies, and website content
• Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities
• Develop strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements
• Build content clusters and SEO strategies around target keywords
• Track performance metrics and report on growth initiatives
Growth & Strategy
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and inbound leads
• Stay up to date with SEO, content, and digital marketing trends
• Continuously test, improve, and optimize marketing processes
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, or Growth Marketing
• Experience developing and executing inbound marketing strategies that generate qualified leads through content, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content strategy
• Experience managing websites using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
• Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Familiarity with Canva and basic design principles
• Comfortable using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar
• Able to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
We'd Love It If You Also Have
• Agency experience
• Experience handling SEO or social media clients
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with email marketing
• Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation
• Experience working with international clients
