About the Role
Do you know how to make content go viral? Can you turn 500 views into 50,000 or more?
The College of Contract Management United Kingdom, an international education provider, is looking for a creative, ambitious, and results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta.
This is not simply a social media posting role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to generate views quickly, increase organic reach, grow followers, and build highly engaged audiences across multiple social media platforms.
You should understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch videos, engage with content, and share it with others.
Our goal is simple: create content that attracts attention, generates significant views, and grows our brands internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to rapidly increase organic views, followers, reach, and engagement.
- Grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Identify trending topics, viral content formats and emerging social media trends.
- Create engaging content ideas with strong hooks designed to capture attention immediately.
- Plan Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
- Work closely with video editors and content creators to produce high-performing content.
- Analyse successful and unsuccessful posts to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test different content formats, posting strategies and audience engagement techniques.
- Repurpose successful content across multiple platforms.
- Develop strategies to convert social media views into followers, enquiries and customers.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who have successfully grown social media accounts or generated significant organic views.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in social media growth, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Understand how social media algorithms work and how to maximize organic reach.
- Know how to create viral and shareable content.
- Be familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Understand audience retention, watch time, engagement rates, and content analytics.
- Be creative, proactive, and confident in suggesting new ideas.
- Be comfortable experimenting with different approaches to achieve results.
- Have good written and spoken English.
- Be motivated by targets, performance and measurable growth.

If you have helped an account grow from 1,000 to 50,000 followers, generated hundreds of thousands of organic views, or created content that has gone viral, we want to hear from you.

- Follower growth and audience development.
- Their individual contribution to those results.
