Deskripsi pekerjaan Growth Manager Jack
- Oversee the whole layers of Product’s conversion funnel (Awareness - Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue), and figure out how these layers interact with each other to grow in a authentic way
- Find scalable and repeatable ways to drive growth and improve conversion
- Prioritizing ideas, testing the ideas, and being analytical enough to know which tested growth drivers to keep and which ones to cut
- Engage with various cross-functional teams and external partners to implement initiatives
- Influencing any layer of the funnel to improve those funnels as they all influence growth rate
- Tracking and reporting of initiative progress, and identify improvement areas, roadblocks and next steps
- Define growth roadmap based on deep analysis and understanding of user experience to unlock and optimize all acquisition channels
- Partner with Product Managers and Marketing to increase growth opportunities throughout the product experience
- Monitor growth metrics/funnel to ensure all channels (Search, Referral, Aggregators, Social, Partnership) are performing
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve acquisition and conversion
- Prioritize growth channels and optimize them to consistently improve the performance and revenues coming from the digital touchpoints
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments, including product, marketing, top management,etc. in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
- Scale and automate growth processes to make it leaner, more efficient and on a start-up mode
- Assist in analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand. Consequently, measure and optimize these projects, report results and propose improved ways of operating based on analytics.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in Growth or Product Marketing
- Experienced in overseeing the Product’s conversion funnel and making strategy to achieve the growth rate
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker and very strong attention to details
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A creative, design-thinking, and problem-solving mindset, with sharp business acumen
- A strong team player with exceptional team synergy skills; a passion for collaborating, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams
- A desire to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities
- Proven track record in driving Business Growth
- Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
