- Develop and execute the AARRR Sales metrics (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue) to grow the digital channels.
- Drive traffic to digital channels, including apps, websites, landing pages, social media, chat bot, etc. by developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc.
- Prioritize growth channels and optimize them to consistently improve the performance and revenues coming from the digital touchpoints.
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments, including product, marketing, top management,etc. in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
- Scale and automate growth processes to make it leaner, more efficient and on a start-up mode.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand. Consequently, measure and optimize these projects, report results and propose improved ways of operating based on analytics.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, eāmail, TV etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
