We are looking for a commercially driven individual to expand our partner network, close deals, and provide structured product feedback from partner insights.
Role Description
You will drive Ayola’s growth by acquiring new partners, closing deals, and understanding partner needs. You will play a key role in shaping the platform’s value while earning performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close potential experience partners
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Understand partner needs and provide structured feedback to improve the product
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth activation
- Maintain pipeline and report weekly progress
- Prioritize high-value deals to maximize profit
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Interest in lifestyle, sports, or digital platforms is a plus
