Growth & Content Associate (E-commerce & Brand)
We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Growth & Content Associate to help us grow our brands across marketplace, social media, and product launches. This role is ideal for someone who loves content, ecommerce, branding, and startup environments.
📍Jakarta Utara (WFO)
💰 4-5jt/month (depending on experience & portfolio)

HomeLiving (Matcha, Japanese Teaware & Home Living) - Low SKU
Baking (Baking & Kitchenware) - Medium sized SKU
Side Project (not mandatory): Local F&B Brand (Premium Indonesian Commodities & Consumer Products) - Low SKU
Qualifications & Must Haves:
- WAJIB BISA BERBAHASA INGGRIS
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Diploma/S1 (semua jurusan).
- Umur maksimal 28thn
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, E-commerce Specialist, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Proficient in AI Apps, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form/UGC content
Good to Have:
- Strong understanding of Shopee & Tiktok Ads (Marketplace)
- Strong understanding of Instragram, Meta, & Tiktok Ads
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong attention to detail & good communications skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Description:
Content, Social Media, & Growth (60%)
- Plan, manage, and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and marketplace channels
- Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Create engaging product-focused content and lifestyle content
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinate product shoots and content production
- Research trends, sounds, hooks, and content ideas
- Ensure all brands maintain a consistent visual identity
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook Ads)
- Monitor content and ad performance, and provide recommendations for growth
E-commerce Operations (30%)
- Upload and maintain products across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other channels
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images using AI & photoshoots
- Support managing of Shopee/Tiktok Ads, with weekly & monthly reports of stock/inventory
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams when needed
Administrative Support (10%)
- Maintain organized files, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Prepare reports and summaries when required
- Support operational tasks related to business growth
