Job Description
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance across outlets and platforms
- Identify sales trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement through data analysis
- Support pricing, promo, and gross profit optimization initiatives
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Conduct benchmarking on competitors and other merchants to identify market trends and best practices
- Explore and maximize platform features, tools, and commercial opportunities across GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and GoFood
