GRO (Guest Relations Officer) – Fine Dining Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience in fine dining, luxury restaurant, or hospitality.
Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to handle VIP guests and guest complaints professionally.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and table reservations.
Able to manage walk-in guests, reservations, and seating arrangements.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Height/appearance should be presentable and suitable for a fine-dining environment.
Female preferred if required by the restaurant's current service concept.
