Deskripsi pekerjaan Greeter PT Maju Anugrah Nusajaya
• Greeting to attract customers to the restaurant;
• Prepare and manage the flow of customer arrivals and exits;
• Guiding customers with respect;
• Handling customers when waiting lists;
• Receive and arrange reservations either by phone or directly;
• Provide information about products, facilities and ongoing promotions to customers;
• Record information in the logbook daily.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience specialized in Food & Beverages Service or Public Relation;
• Good appearance, pleasant personality and well groomed;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to perform multitasking skills;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Able to work in a team, responsible and willing to learn to develop themselves;
• Able to speak & listen English fluently.
