Job Requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the same position. F&B, hospitality.
- Able to handle guest complaints and challenging situations calmly.
- Experience handle customer review and sales report.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Have a strong background in the FnB or Hospitality Industry.
- Strong adaptability with different and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication & networking skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
