Greeter

PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta, is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Greeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, creating a positive first impression, assisting with guest seating arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Create a friendly and professional first impression for all customers
• Manage guest waiting lists and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding restaurant services, menus, promotions, and facilities
• Assist guests with inquiries and special requests
• Coordinate with service and operational teams to ensure smooth guest flow
• Monitor the entrance and waiting area to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Handle customer concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
• Thank guests upon departure and encourage return visits
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of experience as a Greeter, Host, Customer Service Staff, Frontliner, Receptionist, Restaurant Crew, or similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
