Green Camp Facilitator - Outdoor Education Program (Lead/Junior/Assistant)
Facilitators are passionate, responsible, and energetic educators who support the delivery of Green Camp Bali’s outdoor and environmental education programs for children and young people. This role focuses on creating safe, engaging, and meaningful “learning adventure” experiences while ensuring campers’ safety, well-being, and personal growth.
This is a temporary/seasonal position to support our Summer Camp 2026 programs.
Facilitator: May – August 2026
General Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Assist in planning and delivering daily camp activities, programs, and special events
- Supervise campers at all times to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior
- Lead or co-lead games, experiential learning sessions, and outdoor activities
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to participants
- Support set-up, clean-up, and general camp operations and logistics
- Communicate effectively with staff, campers, and parents
- Maintain attendance records, reflections, and progress reports
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and uphold safety standards
Level Responsibilities
- Lead: Lead program delivery, oversee junior/assistant facilitators, and support activity planning and coordination
- Junior: Facilitate activities and manage assigned camper groups under Lead supervision
- Assistant: Co-facilitate sessions and support logistics and participant supervision
Position Criteria
- Have full working rights in Indonesia
- Degree in Education/Communication/Science/Environmental Science/English Literature
- Min. 1 year teaching/leading experience with children either indoors or outdoors
- High level and excellent ability to speak and write in English
- High interest in and knowledge of the natural world and sustainability as well as the ability to combine creativity and leadership together
- Most important: highly enthusiastic and responsible person committed to teaching adults, youth and children
- Physically fit and dependable, able to work long days with groups of students in nature, at Green Camp.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
