# Graphic Designer — sleepySheep
**Full-time | Remote**
sleepySheep is a premium baby and kids bedding and sleepwear brand, home to a wide range of collections — from original in-house designs to officially licensed collaborations. We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for product design and a taste that can flex across our different collection identities while staying true to each one's specific look and rules.
## About the Role
This role is primarily focused on **product design** — patterns, prints, packaging, and product-related visual assets across sleepySheep's collections. Content design/editing (social media, promotional content, etc.) is only occasional, and mainly kicks in when something urgent comes up.
This is a fully remote position — no need to come into the office — but it's a full-time, exclusive commitment. We're looking for someone who can dedicate their full working hours to sleepySheep, without taking on concurrent freelance or employment work elsewhere.
We need someone who's fast and responsive during working days and hours, and who stays calm and sharp under tight deadlines — especially around key projects and events, when timelines get tight and things move fast.
Because several of our collections are officially licensed (e.g. Pokémon, Sanrio), you'll need to work carefully within brand licensing guidelines, ensuring every design stays compliant with the licensor's usage rules.
## Responsibilities
- Design patterns, prints, and product graphics for sleepySheep's bedding and sleepwear collections, both original and licensed
- Design packaging and other product-related visual assets in line with each collection's identity
- Follow licensing guidelines strictly when working on officially licensed collections, ensuring compliance with brand usage rules
- Adapt design output to match the distinct identity and mood of each collection
- Occasionally step in on content design or editing (social media, promotional material, photo/video) when urgent needs arise
- Respond quickly to design requests during working days and hours
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to keep visual output on-brand and on-time
## Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to product/pattern design (fashion/lifestyle/consumer goods is a plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or pattern design tools; basic video/photo editing skills are a plus
- Strong visual taste with the ability to adapt to different brand identities, including working within licensing guidelines
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling urgent requests, especially during high-pressure project or event periods
- Fast, responsive, and reliable during working hours
- Available full-time and exclusively for sleepySheep — no concurrent freelance or employment with other companies
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback
- Portfolio required (product/pattern design samples preferred)
