Graphic Designer

Please be aware that this position is for full-time, on-site work.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation digital campaigns, assets, and platforms. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take the lead on new innovations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design a wide variety of digital assets, including campaign materials, banners, and social media graphics

• Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize content across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns

• Work cross-functionally to improve the overall user experience and campaign effectiveness

• Own various design tasks throughout the digital project life cycle, from concept and strategy to final execution

• Ensure visually engaging, responsive, and brand-consistent designs across all digital touchpoints

• Develop innovative 2D and 3D designs from initial concept to final delivery for various digital campaigns

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic/Product Design (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)

• 1–2 years of digital design experience with excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (PSD, AI, & AE)

• Experience with 3D design to support digital campaigns (Blender is a strong plus)

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively

• A strong portfolio demonstrating good taste in color, layout, and overall design aesthetics

• Fluent in English

• Able to Work Full-Time and On-Site (Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara)
