Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual assets for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and other marketing communication materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the brand identity, communication objectives, and target audience.
- Design social media content, promotional materials, presentations, and other creative assets as required.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop effective visual concepts and campaign materials.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful designs while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, visual communication, and creative approaches relevant to the brand and its audience.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating visual content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Able to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and creative capabilities.
